    expert staff
    noisy room
    uncomfortable bed

The staff are experts at comfort.

My room was unbearably noisy due to street traffic. There was only one window that I couldn't open during the day. The bed and pillow felt too soft and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

I enjoyed my stay at this sensational hotel, incredibly comfortable and individual rooms. The place had a warm atmosphere. The room with all necessary amenities. Everything was simply wonderful.

Location: the hotel was close enough to fountain, the center of the historic part of town, and Machu Picchu and surroundings for 2 days. The superior king room was individual, included hairdryers, bath robes and slippers. Top-notch service was provided too.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Wonderful position and beautiful building. The service and staff were excellent

We booked a superior delux room for three days but were dissapointed with the size of the room especially when we returned three days later and stayed for one night in a far better room.

    unique architecture
    limited bathroom counter space

The hotel has a fine and unique architectural design reminiscent of its history as a monastery.

The bathroom lacked sufficient counter space for our personal toiletries.

    delicious breakfast
    relaxing atmosphere
    tiny window

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 nights, and I was blown away by the dining options and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, featuring a huge selection. The room was spacious and came with oxygen to ease our altitude sickness. the room did have a tiny window, which limited the natural light. it was a fantastic stay!

    soft bed
    ample sunlight
    oxygen supply
    night noise
    minor inconvenience

The Superior Room was super cozy, and the bed was soft and inviting. Loved how sunlight poured in from the courtyard. They even provided oxygen to help with the altitude, a lifesaver! Just a heads up, there was a bit of noise from staff at night, but they quickly addressed it and upgraded us for free! Really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort of the room.

    surprise dinner
    wonderful breakfast

Recommend it for couples seeking luxury

We were treated like royalty when the staff surprised us with an Italian opera dinner for my husband's birthday! Each morning, I indulged in a delicious bowl of beef broth that tasted like it was made just for me.

It wasn't inexpensive but honestly, worth every penny.

    beautiful hotel
    attentive staff
    delicious breakfast
    limited pet policy

We had an very nice stay with our family and dog at this fine hotel! The amazing beauty of the converted monastery filled with rich artwork and peaceful courtyards was nice. The staff, especially Pedro and Ruth at the restaurant, made our mornings so special with excellent service and delicious breakfast options.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve its pet policy to allow more flexibility for families traveling with pets.

    outdoor fire pit
    great breakfast
    fantastic staff
    tiny window

We had an very nice time away with friends! The breakfast was great, and the bar area was a great spot to unwind after exploring the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The chapel was a highlight, and the staff's hospitality. Don't miss out on the outdoor fire pit experience!

The room had a tiny window that didn't provide much natural light. It would have been nice to have a room with a better view.
