The staff are experts at comfort.
My room was unbearably noisy due to street traffic. There was only one window that I couldn't open during the day. The bed and pillow felt too soft and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.

Location: the hotel was close enough to fountain, the center of the historic part of town, and Machu Picchu and surroundings for 2 days. The superior king room was individual, included hairdryers, bath robes and slippers. Top-notch service was provided too.
The hotel staff was not very friendly.

Wonderful position and beautiful building. The service and staff were excellent
We booked a superior delux room for three days but were dissapointed with the size of the room especially when we returned three days later and stayed for one night in a far better room.

The Superior Room was super cozy, and the bed was soft and inviting. Loved how sunlight poured in from the courtyard. They even provided oxygen to help with the altitude, a lifesaver! Just a heads up, there was a bit of noise from staff at night, but they quickly addressed it and upgraded us for free! Really enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort of the room.

We had an very nice stay with our family and dog at this fine hotel! The amazing beauty of the converted monastery filled with rich artwork and peaceful courtyards was nice. The staff, especially Pedro and Ruth at the restaurant, made our mornings so special with excellent service and delicious breakfast options.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve its pet policy to allow more flexibility for families traveling with pets.
